1. Buyer Responsibility

As a buyer, you are responsible for:

• Carefully reading the product description before purchase

• Understanding what you are buying

• Verifying product details, features, and usage

All purchases are made at your own responsibility.

2. No Refund Policy

• All products on Pay Vyapaar are non-refundable

• This applies to:

  • Digital products sold by sellers

  • Products sold by Pay Vyapaar

  • Any memberships or subscriptions

3. Exception (Wrong Product Delivery)

If you receive:

• A wrong product, or

• A product that does not match the description

Then you can raise a complaint.

In such cases:

• Your issue will be verified

• If your claim is found to be correct, you will either:

  • Receive the correct product, or

  • Get a refund (only if seller is at fault)

4. Complaint Process

• Buyers must provide proper proof while raising complaints

• False or misleading complaints are strictly prohibited

• Pay Vyapaar will review the issue and take appropriate action

5. Fair Usage

Buyers must:

• Use the platform honestly

• Avoid misuse or false claims

• Not attempt to exploit the system

6. Limitation of Responsibility

Pay Vyapaar only provides a platform:

• We do not control seller products

• We do not guarantee product quality

• We are not responsible for seller behavior

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

• Pay Vyapaar may act as a mediator

• Final decisions will be based on available proof and platform policies

8. Account Action

If a buyer:

• Files false complaints

• Misuses the platform

Then:

• Their account may be restricted or suspended

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Buyer Policy at any time. Users are advised to review it regularly.
